Recognition is the Winner

Recognition is the Winner

Recognition is the Winner One of the key ingredients to success, in our opinion, is providing the Right People to the Right Place. This ingredient is supported by our Values of Growing Together, Building Tomorrow Today and Keeping it Real. It’s great to be able to recognise, by way of providing lunch, the outstanding work our ELE Group Team do and the ongoing support of our Client – Hynds Pipe Systems. The lads (Chefs) pictured here are Jackson and Ben, part of the ELE Chch Team and members of the NZ Black…

Responding to Client requests is what we do!

Responding to Client requests is what we do. A Client of ELE Group Wellington contacted Charlie and Michael with an urgent need. They had freight to sort, stack and move and they needed the Right People at the Right Place – ASAP. The Client wasn’t just looking for anyone, these people needed to be able to take instruction, be aware of their surroundings (health and safety) and solve problems and have previous experience in a similar role. Winners at the Ready!!

Winners at the Ready!!

When it comes to knowing what it takes to be a successful athlete, we (ELE Group) are blessed with not having to go far to find the answer(s).  Such individuals set realistic goals and invest both mental and physical energy towards the achievement of those goals. They equip themselves with a tool kit of enduring qualities such as determination, patience, and persistence and as a result rise to the top. A couple of our lads did just this. There is a quote that says, “Surround yourself with people who support…

Asked if she felt there was any pressure…
